The UK purchase orders are sent through Royal Mail.

Our warehouse works throughout the week (7 days). Purchases made between Fridays evening, Saturdays, and Sundays are processed during the weekend. But, Royal Mail collects the packages on Mondays.

UK Shipping and delivery

1. All the orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
2. Free shipping on orders above 25 GBP.
3. Standard shipping rate is 3.50 GBP (3-5 working days)
4. Express shipping rate is 4.50 (1-2 working days)

Europe Shipping and delivery

1. All the orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
2. Free shipping on orders above 80 GBP else the shipping charge is 9.99 GBP
3. An email will be sent as soon as the products are dispatched.
4. Please allow 5-7 working days for the delivery.

International delivery

1. All the orders will be shipped within 24 hours.
2. Free shipping on orders above 200 GBP else the shipping charge is 19.99 GBP
3. An email will be sent as soon as the products are dispatched.
4. Please allow upto 10-12 working days for the delivery.

You are responsible for any VAT due in your country of residence. Further customs processing fees may apply.

If you do not receive your order within the specified time, please wait until after 12 working days before you contact us.

KINDLY NOTE : The shipment may be affected by bank holidays within the UK and in countries where packages are delivered.

Furthermore, we do not take any form of responsibility for any local customs fees that may occur in any country outside the UK.

Wrong shipment details and Information

Suppose incorrect shipping details were provided during the checkout and the package is returned to us because of this error. In that case, we will deduct the shipping fee applicable to the order. A refund will be processed when the package is received in our warehouse.

Packages returned to “us” from our delivery partners

Packages will be returned to us if an unsuccessful delivery has overpassed the estimated delivery time. Often, the delivery partner leaves a note with details of the missed delivery; at times, this is not the case. The customer must keep track of the order using the email link provided during purchase.

All packages returned to “us” from the shipment partner due to a failure to collect will be immediately refunded and put back in stock.

Packages damaged during shipment

We pay attention while packing orders to ensure a secured and safe arrival. However, if a package got damaged on transit, kindly take photos and email them immediately while correcting the situation. Kindly note that if you do not have photographic evidence or failed to contact after 2 days of receiving the package, we may not process another package.
