REFUND POLICY

Making our customers happy and satisfied is our priority. If you are not satisfied with our products after purchasing, we offer a 14-day return service. To get a refund, you can return items not more than 14 days from the date of delivery. Products must remain unused or sealed before returning them. If you receive your initial order damaged on delivery with photographic evidence, you can return and buy the same product again instead of a refund.


Products not eligible for refund


Except for product(s) got damaged on arrival, a wrong product was delivered, or product(s) ordered for does not correspond with our website’s description. We cannot offer a refund if:

  • Cosmetics containers, jars, tubes, or bottle seals are broken or tags removed. Kindly note that this includes breaking any sealed external packaging. Hygiene seals are broken and product tags removed.
  • Cosmetics have been used. For hygiene reasons, products used will not be refunded or exchanged.
  • Products are not in their authentic packaging.
  • Products are perishable, products that expire quickly.

 

To process a refund


To request a refund, kindly follow these steps;

  1.  Send us an email indicating a “REFUND” in your title along with your genuine order ID. Kindly detail the product(s) you want to be returned.
  2.  Kindly note that product(s) returned in sale-able condition can be refunded.
  3.  If you receive any item as a gift with your original order, and you want to return the original order. Then, you must return the gift to get a complete refund. Otherwise, you will be charged.
  4.  Ensure you use a trackable shipping or courier service or shipping insurance when returning product(s). We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned product(s). If returned product(s) are not received, we cannot guarantee a refund.
  5.  Kindly note that you are responsible for the return fees “ your refund will be processed once the warehouse staff inspects the returned products”.
  6.  Kindly note that refund of returning product(s) can take up to 14 working days before getting credited ( so far, payment has been debited from your payment card) and with the price of the products you are returning.
